Revamped the Blog for my Book Writing

I hope you like the new layout everyone. I kind of let this blog go for a little while, as I was working and also trying to make the transition to Wordpress, but that also seems to have stalled out.

This past year I had a goal of reaching 75,000 word or finishing the first draft of my novel, which I've titled, "Flesheaters and Bloodsuckers Anonymous". However, I only got about 53,000 words. Close but no cigar.

A percieved failure yes, but it's only doubled my determination to get this thing done! So, having decided that I didn't tell enough people I was writing a book in order to feel the resulting shame for not having actually done it, I'm revamping this old blog and using it to record my progress.

I'm hoping to get the first draft of the book finished by next June. However, I haven't quite decided on timelines yet. Maybe I'll put together some resolutions for next year and post them on here.
